When building a gingerbread house from a store-bought kit, before leaving the store, remember to read the label of the box that tells you the kit does not include ICING. *sigh*
Cute gingerbread house! The tip about the icing is appreciated ~ I sometimes think about picking one of these up for me and kiddo to do....but I'm not crafty so I always talk myself out of it.
LOL Isn't that like the most important part of a gingerbread house? How can they even sell a kit without it?
I learned my lesson when I used to bake. I'd buy some stuff, thinking I had the other ingredients at home...and I didn't. So now I read the baking instructions on whatever I'm buying, and buy whatever it needs.
Hey girls. Yah, I went home and realized that there was no icing and it was too cold (basically too lazy) to drive back to the grocery.
Ames I do that too. Think I have all the ingredients I need at home, and realize I don't have it. Or I buy another bag of flour and we end up having three bags at home.

Good to know. Shmoo asked me to buy him one...and I did...but it didn't occur to me to check on the whole icing thing. I will now. :)
